For women in all stages of life, wanting to connect in a mindful way with their innate divine and cyclical self. In these sessions we explore and map the rhythms and cycles that are all around us and inherently within us.
Normalising and celebrating the Rites of Passage we transverse in life as we come to understand more fully the wisdom of Nature’s cycles and our life’s season. How the Lunar cycle and the Earth's season influence us. How the delicate dance of fertility is experienced and how we can use Ritual to enhance our connection to our body’s power with the spiritual practice of menstruation, to maximise health, wellness and wholeness.
